This rental villa has amazing views. No really amazing views. Even we stopped to admire it at every sunset while on the building site. But the main objective of this extension was to add en-suite facilities to the upper bedrooms to increase the rental value.

The extension wraps around the building and the terrace is cantilevered to create extra room and protected walkway below.

A jacuzzi room below the terrace is great for relaxing in the tub with a completely private view.

Extension projects are always interesting. There's the challenge of working around existing constraints but with the objective of harmonising with what's already there. In this case a simple strategy worked well.
